Your browser must have Cookie and Javascript support enabled to sign up for, and use the MyLIS web service.

How Do I Creation and Account?Creating an account is as easy as:
  1. Fill out the registration form at www.mylis.net/signup.html.
  2. Ensure you have filled out all information correctly and submit the form.
A welcome E-mail will be sent to the Email address with your activation code.  Once you log in, enter the activation code in the space provided and your account setup will be complete.

I Forgot My Password?
Contact the site administrator for your account, or if that is not an option then send an email to password@mylis.net with the following information.
  1. PI's fullname.
  2. Department Name
  3. Institution Name
An email will be sent to your PI containing your password.
